Seaton 48   Maryport 16

In a great match played on a heavy pitch, Maryport took an early lead with a
try through C. Mumberson which he converted himself. Further Maryport
pressure resulted in another try by Eithen Wier which gave Maryport a 10.0
lead.
Seaton replied with a try by second rower Dan Monkhouse and quickly followed
with another try by centre Kieran Mewes after a great break from prop
forward Stuart Galacher, both converted by Kieran Mewes.
After a  great passage of play, Seatons backs combined to send stand off
Domonic Smallwood in for a well worked try to give Seaton an interval lead
of 18-10.
Straight from the kick off, Dan Monkhouse scored his second try after a good
break from Ellis Mewes.
A dropped ball by Maryport on the 60m line resulted in a quality try by
Billy Southward after an outragous pass from Kieran Mewes.
After 4 sets of tackles on their own line, Seatons defence finaly give way
to a deserved second try for C.Mumberson which was converted by Cameron
Carter.
 Late tries from Kieran Mewes and man of the match, Stuart Galacher gave
Seaton a 48-16 win in a very enjoyable match which was well refereed by Paul
Sloan.
