Seaton 72 - Hensingham 6

Hengsinghams younger and smaller players gave a good account of themselves
before falling to a free scoring Seaton side.
The first half included tries from Seaton included one each from Kieran
Mewes, Domonic Smallwood, Billy Southward and Greg Kerr all which were
converted by Mewes and gave Seaton an interval lead of 24-0. The
introduction of Seaton substitutes Ellis Mewes, Stuart Galacher and Dan
Davies kept up the Seaton momentum and they scored six tries between them,
including a hat trick from Mewes.
Seaton centre, Jack Parker enjoyed a superb debut with an outstanding try
from 60 yards.
Billy Southward picked up a grubber kick on his own line and out stripped
the defence to go the full length of the field.
Hensingham replied with a well worked consolation try and were applauded
from the field for their attitude and sportsman ship even during this heavy
defeat.
