Seatons back line enjoyed a feast of
tries with centre Kieran Mewes leading
the way with a well taken hat trick, his centre partner Dan Davies
started
the scoring after a sixty metre run by prop forward Stuart Gallacher,
winger
Billy Southward scored an excellent hat trick,including two full length
of
the field specials, his opposite winger, Nathan Postlethwaite scored two
superb tries of which both try scoring passes were taken from scrum half
Greg Kerr, who himself also scored a try after powerful substitute Gary
Hunter made the innitial burst. Speedy stand off, Domonic Smallwood
dummied
his way through six tacklers for his first then after a good run by
second
rower Dan Monkhouse got his second. Seatons defence was superb
throughout
and was brilliantly led by man of the match, second row forward, Jon
Carl
Bryan. Jack Earl never missed a tackle with Ellis Mewes causing a threat
every time he touched the ball. Penriths large, but inexperienced
players
were rewarded when an excellent try by stand off Joe Banks who also
converted his own try. Final score 6-72.
