League Cup Round One
 
 
Seaton bowed out of the league cup after a sea-saw battle. Kells stormed  
into 12-0 lead in the early stages. Dean Kilgour found prop Jack Williamson who  
was tackled just short of the line. Jamie Doran got Kells a try against the
run  of play to make it 18-0 to the visitors.
 
Seatons full-back Scott Rooke lead the comeback going over after good work  
from Stephen Tuke, Tom Walker adding the two points. Jack Williamson again made
 good yards releasing, Lee Williams who powered over. Kells edged further
ahead  with a great try in the corner, not to outdone, Scott Rooke drew the
full-back  before off-loading to Tony Quinn who raced over. Tom Walker kicked the  
conversion from the touch line to set up a tight finish.
 
Seaton shifted the ball down the left again, Tom Walker took the ball from  
the back of the scrum to dart over. with only four points the difference Kells  
sealed the win on Seatons right.
