Seaton Under 12s Match Report

 Seaton 48   Lowca  4 


Seaton entertained Lowca in this U12s league match and proved to be too strong for a determined Lowca side and ran in 9 tries, loose forward Conor Fitzsimmons scored with his first touch from a scrum  close to the Lowca line, Greg Kerr converted.

Fitzsimmons scored his second try after good work from Greg Benson and Ellis Mewes with Kerr converting. Nathan Postlethwaite scooted from dummy half in his own half and scored a brilliant try rounding the Lowca defence to go in under the posts. A speculative kick from Domonic Smallwood seen Jon Carl Bryan show good awareness and go in under the posts, Kerr converted.

This brought the big Lowca forwards into action and resulted in a try and give Seaton a half time lead of  24 – 4.

The second half began with Seaton winger Billy Southward shooting in at the corner to score with Domonic Smallwood converting. Jon Carl Bryan scored another try under the posts after powerful runs from Daniel Monkhouse and Tommy Lee Armstrong, Kerr added the conversion. Josh Ayre had an awesome run out his own half dodging and weaving through the Lowca defence which brought applause from the supporters of both teams.

Conor Fitzsimmons got his hat trick of tries after a  good blind side move, and Billy Southward scored another two tries in at the corner and giving a final score line of  Seaton 48  Lowca  4
