A big physical Wath Brow team totally dominated the first half of this
game and scored 6 well worked tries to lead 36-0 at the break. The Seaton
side deserves a lot of credit for their second half effort which they
played with 12 men due to first half injuries. The lads scrambling
defence was brilliant and time and time again they kept the bigger
opposition out and it was a great effort to limit the Brow side to just
2 further scores. In the last 5 minutes Seaton can count themselves
unlucky when first Grant Mounsey crossed the line only for his effort to
be disallowed for being held up and seconds later Johnathan Richardson
had his effort disallowed.
